2. Eligibility. 18+. Worldwide access subject to local laws.

3. Payment. $29 one-time payment. No subscription. No automatic renewal. No refunds after PDF download — but contact us within 24 hours if the output is fundamentally broken and we will regenerate or refund.

4. AI disclosure. Outputs are generated by AI. They may contain inaccuracies or outdated data. Verify independently.

5. No warranty of outcomes. No guarantee any generated idea will succeed as a business.

6. Limitation of liability. Capped at $29 (the fee paid). No indirect or consequential damages.

7. Acceptable use. No prompt-injection attempts, no abusive inputs, no reselling of outputs as your own advisory work.

8. IP. Generated outputs are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. IdeaThrill retains rights to anonymised outputs for quality improvement.
